Dry-lay
- Before every installation, Casone selects and composes all the elements for a perfect placement.
The pre-installation is accomplished according to plans or prospects, anticipating the assignment of the individual pieces. Aura also provides mounting schemes and will properly subdivide the materials when packaging them: the packaging contains all the information necessary to facilitate the installation.
To test the quality of the work and obtain the most effective color combination, Aura provides a pre-installation service of all the elements, significantly enhancing the ability to prefigure and visualise the project beforehand.
Production
- After mining, the stone is coded and subjected to continuous quality control.
Advanced technologies – from laser-guided cutting to numerical control machining (CNC) to waterjet shaping – guarantee an accurate cut into slabs and a superior working of the surface finishes.
Additional quality controls are employed during the processing. It is also possible to request pre-installation of the individual slabs for the entire supply in order to facilitate the color-matching for the final verification of tones and quality.
Placement
- Our stones and materials, of the highest quality, can be set in to place without any limitations.
Aura selects the most suitable binders (such as glue, fillers, silicones for joints) for the stone material chosen, taking into consideration the environmental and morphological conditions of the project, all in close collaboration with leading manufacturers.
